Due to aggressive disussions, fuss creating and false accusations, which occur regularly every few months, Murielle is banned for 3 months.
There were many issues about Murielle's behavior, repeated regularly every few months. Her unwillingness to accept principles of community rules and tendency to test borders of players' tolerance, her general resistance to arguments based on common sense, give us no choice.

The Ducati league admins decided to follow GU league and will hereby ban
the following players from the league for using cheats and distributing/sharing cheat code : Carnage, A telemarketer, soxs., netcortex, and tankzilla.
All bans imposed by the GU, 1 vs 1, OL, or PB leagues for cheating will be reciprocal. Duccouncil will determine the length of time of said bans.

| Soxs (aka marines, redsoxfun, etc): Reciprocal ban. He was banned from GU League on November 29 for "using the F5 cheat on a regular basis to increase his jitter/lag and avoid being shot and capture. He used it during official matches to win flags." Time of ban 6 months. Bans ends 4 June 2007. |
